Biography
Erin-Leigh Dake is a construction attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing owners, developers, and contractors.  With a primary focus on litigation, Erin has represented clients throughout California in matters involving construction contracts, impact claims, mechanic's liens, and creditors remedies in both state and federal courts, AAA, and JAMS.

Erin hails from a construction family and brings a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution, placing an emphasis on achieving her client's goals.  Erin's litigation work is complimented by her contract analysis practice, enhancing her client's understanding of their rights and potential remedies to avoid and resolve conflicts without the need for litigation.

In addition to her legal work, Erin has lectured on mechanic's liens and insurance for the construction industry for UC Berkeley Extension's Construction Management certificate program.

Erin regularly volunteers for the Muslim Community Association's Lawyers in the Library program sponsored in partnership with Santa Clara County Bar Association.
