Rosanna Moreno Honored by State Bar of California for Pro Bono Service

Construction Attorney Rosanna Moreno was recently presented with the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate from the State Bar for her contribution of more than 50 hours of pro bono service to the Public Law Center (PLC).
