Miller Morton Welcomes Litigation Attorney Courtney Rogerson

SAN JOSE, Calif. – June 20, 2014 – Miller, Morton, Caillat & Nevis, LLP announces the addition of Courtney J. Rogerson as an associate to its Litigation Group.
Rogerson joins the firm from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation matters and her experience extends to cases in state and federal court, as well as private mediation and arbitration. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
While pursuing her law degree, Rogerson served as an extern for the Honorable George H. King in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (2010), Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from Northwestern University (2005).
