Luke Twomey’s practice focuses on business and construction law, with an emphasis on construction and commercial litigation and transactions. He represents and advises clients on the front end in review and preparation of contracts and on the back end throughout all phases of litigation. Luke’s experience includes mechanic’s lien claims, breach of contract claims, delay and payment claims, and a wide range of general business and construction disputes.
Prior to joining Miller Morton, Luke represented various multinational companies in consumer litigation, at both the state and federal court level. His representative matters include class actions, consumer arbitrations, and advocacy in public administration matters. Having also worked in-house, Luke brings a business acumen that enables his goal of blending successful litigation with the practicalities of business operations.
