Mark Sandberg is an accomplished civil litigator with extensive experience in trial work, complex litigation, and commercial litigation. Mark has been practicing law for over 20 years, primarily in the construction arena and is qualified to practice in California, Arizona, and Utah.
His legal practice is focused on complex civil litigation from inception to settlement and/or judgment, including many multi-million dollar cases. His experience includes handling motions and negotiations; prosecuting and defending motions for summary judgments; preparation of clients, experts and witnesses for trial; and the taking and defending depositions as lead counsel. His areas of interest include construction, product defect, contracts, leases, and subrogation. He is bilingual, speaking Spanish as his second language.
