Daniel also has extensive experience representing individuals, families and trustees through all aspects of estate planning and trust administration, including preparation of trusts and wills, conservatorships, financial planning, fiduciary compliance and probate.
Daniel’s common sense approach to addressing his clients’ estate and business needs stems from more than a decade of experience as a litigator. Daniel still enjoys an active litigation practice, handling all matters for his clients including construction impact and delay claims, construction defects, lease disputes, ADA and Unruh Act compliance and commercial business disputes.
