Roxana Cremene’s civil litigation practice focuses on business and commercial litigation matters, representing and advising clients in areas including business contracts, construction and real estate in both state court and private arbitrations. Roxana also dedicates some of her time to the Legal Advocates for Children & Youth (LACY) program, as a pro bono attorney with the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Miller Morton, Roxana served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte and for the Honorable Edward J. Davila in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. While in law school, Roxana worked as a bar certified law student for the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, representing indigent clients in consumer law matters. Her prior experience also includes interning for the Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney.
Before starting her legal career, Roxana worked in the construction industry and in residential property management. She is fluent in Spanish and Romanian.
